Lava has launched a new smartphone under Pixel series called, Lava Pixel V2. It is launched in India for Rs. 10,750. It comes with a 8 MP front camera with LED flash. It will go on sale from 15 September.
The first smartphone under Pixel series was Lava Pixel V1, which was Android One smartphone. Pixel V2 doesn’t come under Android One, but is a normal phone running on Android Lollipop.
Lava Pixel V2 sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display protected with Asahi Dragon Trail Glass. It is powered by a 64 bit 1 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Mali T720 GPU.
Pixel V2 comes with a 13 Megapixel BSI sensor rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel BSI sensor front camera with LED flash. It comes with 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,500 mAh Battery.
Lava Pixel V2 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Star OS UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.

Lava Pixel V2 price in India is Rs. 10,750. It comes in Royal Sparkle black and Icy White colors. It will be available in India from tomorrow.
