OnePlus is working on an improved OnePlus 3T smartphone. The company could launch the new smartphone by the end of this year. It is expected to be launched around December 2016.
Ahead of official launch, its specs are coming out. Earlier it was reported that OnePlus 3T will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC. Now latest leak is all about camera.
If reports are to be believed that OnePlus 3T will sport all new Sony IMX398 rear camera sensor. The current OnePlus 3 dons a 16 Megapixel Sony IMX298 rear camera.
So the upcoming OnePlus 3T smartphone will come with upgraded Sony IMX 398 rear camera sensor. The upcoming smartphone will also run on latest Android 7 Nougat out of the box, however there will be a layer of company’s own Oxygen OS.
Apart from camera, SoC and OS, the smartphone is not expected to undergo major changes. It is expected that the OnePlus 3T will carry forward with the same design language.
OnePlus 3T will come with a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Optic AMOLED Display at 401ppi which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 64-bit 2.3 GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Processor with 6GB of RAM. For graphics it comes with a Adreno 530 GPU.
OnePlus 3T will be launched in December 2016.
