After launching 2016 series of Galaxy A smartphones, Samsung is all set to bring the upgraded versions of Galaxy J Series of smartphones. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 has been leaked in wilds.
The South Korean has imported Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 SM-J120 in India for testing purpose. The listing reveals that it will come with 4.5 inch screen.
Looking at the import price, Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 SM-J120 will be budget smartphone priced around its predecessor. It will be priced around Rs. 8,000 in India.
Earlier its image and some of the specs were leaked by a leakster. As you can see in the live image above, the phone shows the model number as Galaxy J1 2016.

As per the leaked specs, Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 comes with a 4.5 inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixels) screen. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad Core Exynos 3475/ Exynos 3457.
Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 SM-J120 will come with 1GB of RAM. It will run on Android Lollipop 5.1.1. For graphics, it will come with Mali T720 GPU. Its internal storage will be 8GB.
Galaxy J1 2016 is expected to be officially launched soon.
