Samsung has launched its Plus smartphone under its S series flagship phone in India called Samsung Galaxy S9+. The device is launched with a starting price of Rs. 64,900. It comes with many new features like Variable aperture, dual camera setup. It has 6GB of RAM and is powered by Exynos SoC. Galaxy S9+ will go on sale from 16 March in India.
Samsung Galaxy S9+ flaunts a 6.2 inch Quad HD+ (1440 x 2960 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display at 529ppi. Its screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Exynos 9 9810 Processor with 4GB of RAM. For graphics it comes with a Mali G72MP18 GPU.
Galaxy S9+ features dual camera setup, It comes a 12 Megapixel primary with f/2.4-f/1.5 variable aperture and 12 Megapixel secondary with f/2.4 aperture Rear camera with Dual LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 64GB/256GB internal storage options, which can be expanded upto 200GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, Heart Rate Sensor, IRIS Sensor and USB 3.1 (USB Type-C). It packs a 3,500mAh battery which comes with fast charging support and wireless charging support. It comes with fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus runs on latest Android 8 Oreo. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. It is water and dust resistant with IP68 certification.

Samsung Galaxy S9+ Price in India is Rs. 64,900 for 64GB model and Rs. 72,900 for 256GB model. It comes in Midnight Black, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue and Lilac Purple colors. It will go on sale in India from 16 March. The device can be pre-ordered from Samsung online store, Flipkart and offline retail stores.
