Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all set to launch a new smartphone, Xiaomi Mi 5X in India. The company will launch its first dual camera phone in India next month. The device was announced in China last month and now it will be launched in the country.
The launch of new Xiaomi Mi 5X has been confirmed by Xiaomi’s VP and India’s MD Manu Kumar Jain. The smartphone could be priced around Rs. 17,000 in India. The device could be announced in first half of September.

Xiaomi Mi 5X features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) LTPS 2.5D Curved Glass Display with a pixel density of 428ppi. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Processor Processor with 4GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 506 GPU.
Xiaomi Mi5X comes with dual camera setup on its back side, it comes with a 12 Megapixel rear camera and 12 Megapixel secondary camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 64GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 128GB.
