Micromax has launched a new affordable smartphone in India called Micromax Bharat 1. The device has been launched in India with state owned Telecom operator BSNL. The phone is launched with a price tag of Rs. 2200. BSNL has launched a new Plan of Rs. 97, which offer unlimited data and voice calls for one month.
Micromax Bharat 1 sports a 2.4 inch QVGA (320 x 240 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 1.1GHz Dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 205 Processor with 512MB of RAM. For graphics it has a Adreno 304 GPU.
Bharat 1 comes with a 2 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 0.3 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 4GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2000mAh Battery. It is a dual sim phone.
Micromax Bharat 1 doesn’t runs on Android, it doesn’t have touch screen but a keypad phone. It comes with support for 22 Indian languages and comes with entertainment apps for Live TV, Music, Movies and Videos.
