What it does is, it checks for dominant color in the app icon then changes the keyboard color to that dominant color. With this tweak installed every application gets its own individual keyboard color. In the image above you can see that Message app keyboard color is green because Message.app Icon is of Green color. If the color is not loaded by tweak then default color is gray.

Once the tweak is installed there is no option to configure, it works as advertised. In the image above you can see that App Store keyboard color is Blue because of App Store icon is Blue. Default color is gray. AdaptiveKeyboard costs $0.99 and is available on Cydia’s default ModMyi repo. It is good tweak gives each app individual keyboard color.
