Google maps Pokémon master
Yesterday march month ended and today is First of April. And this day is celebrated as April fool Day. Google as usual has come up with unique way to fool people around the world. Google has launched new Pokémon master challenge.

Google in video showcased the augmented reality, in the video people can detect Pokemon through their mobile phone. User has to visit the world and collect all the Nintendo characters. People can use mobile to search for Pokémon.

But to become Pokémon master you don’t have to climb mountains or visit the every corner of the world. You just have to fire up Google maps and search for Pokémons. To become a Pokémon master you will have to collect 150 popular Nintendo characters called as Pokémons.

Pokémon master
To start the Pokémon challenge, open up Google maps on iPhone, iPad or any Android device. Then click search bar and then select start. After selecting start you will be taken to Pokémon lab. From there onwards you have to collect 150 Pokémon which are laid around the world. To find Pokémon you need to zoom in at certain areas on maps like mountains, rivers, cities etc.

Google has also attached the video about how to play the game. In the video Google tells that people who finds all Pokémon will get a chance to work at Google(pun intended). Well that’s off course a prank. Google won’t hire anyone just by completing a game.

If you don’t have Google maps app then you can download it for free from App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod.

What do you think about this prank from Google? Do you think that this April fools prank is one the best from Google?
