Gionee is all set to launch plus variant of M5 called, Gionee Marathon M5 Plus. The smartphone will be launched in China on 21st December. Ahead of its launch its specs and images have been leaked.
Gionee Marathon M5 Plus comes with 6 inch Full HD screen and fingerprint sensor under its home button. However, the battery capacity have been reduced to 5,020mAh compared to 6,020mAh on Gionee M5.
Gionee Marathon M5 Plus sports a 6 inch Full HD (1920x1080pixels) AMOLED Display protected with Coring Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.3 GHz Quad Core MediaTek MT6735 Processor with 3GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali GPU.
Gionee M5 Plus comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 5,020mAh battery. It comes with fingerprint scanner under its home button.
Gionee Marathon M5 Plus runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with a layer of Amigo 3.0 UI.
