HTC has launched a new smartphone under U series in India called HTC U11+. The device is launched with a price tag of Rs. 56,990. The new device comes with a Quad HD+ screen and has 6GB of RAM. It has 18:9 Full screen display. The mobile phone is water and dust resistant with IP68 rating.
HTC U11+ sports a 6 inch Quad HD+ (2880 × 1440 pixels) Super LCD 6 Display which is protected with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by a 64 bit 2.45GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Processor with 6GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 540 GPU.
HTC U11 Plus comes with a 12 UltraPixel 3 rear camera with dual tone LED flash and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel BSI Sensor Front camera with Full HD Video recording. It comes with 128GB in-built storage, which can be further expanded upto 2TB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and USB Type-C. It packs a 3,930 mAh battery which comes with Quick Charge 3.0. It comes with 3D Audio recording.
HTC U11+ runs on Android 8 Oreo with HTC Sense UI. There is a fingerprint sensor on its back side. It is a Water and dust resistant with IP57 certification.
