Lava A71 4G with 5 inch screen launched in India at Rs. 5,849

Lava has launched a new budget smartphone in India called Lava A71 4G. The new smartphone comes with 4G LTE connectivity and is available for Rs. 5,849. It is available via online retailer, the official launch is expected soon.

Lava A71 4G sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek Processor with 1GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Mali T720 GPU.

A71 4G mobile comes with a 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 2 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 8GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.

Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,500 mAh Battery.

Lava A71 4G runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop which is upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
