LeTV to launch its first smartphone in India, LeTV Le Max on 20 January

Chinese manufacturer LeTV will finally launch its first smartphone in India this month. The company will debut in India with LeTV Le Max on 20 January. The forum post confirms the launch date of the device in India.

LeTV has confirmed that it will launch multiple smartphone in India this month. Along with LeTV Le Max, we can expect other phones to be launched. All details will be revealed on 20 January.

LeTV Le Max sports a 6.33 inch Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) OGS Display which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 64 bit 2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Processor with 4GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 430 GPU.

Le Max comes with a 21 Megapixel Sony Exmor RS IMX230 rear camera with dual tone LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 4 Megapixel OmniVision OV4688 sensor front camera. It comes with 64GB in-built storage, which can be further expanded upto 128GB.

Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,400 mAh battery which comes with Quick Charge 2.0. There is a fingerprint sensor on its back side.

LeTV Le Max runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based on EUI.
