Micromax Canvas 6 with Fingerprint sensor launched in India at Rs. 13,999

Micromax has launched a new smartphone in its canvas series called Micromax Canvas 6. The smartphone is launched in India at Rs. 13,999. It comes with fingerprint sensor. It will go on sale soon.

Micromax Canvas 6 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 2GHz Octa core Helio X10 MediaTek MT6795m processor with 3GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a PowerVR 6200 GPU.

Canvas 6 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with Dual-LED flash and PDAF. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel wide-angle front camera. It comes with 32GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 64GB using MicroSD card.

Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000mAh battery which gives 9 hours of talktime. It comes with fingerprint scanner on its back side.

Micromax Canvas 6 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Around UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
