Nokia 8 starts getting Android 8 Oreo update via OTA

HMD Global has started seeding Android 8 Oreo update for its flagship smartphone, Nokia 8 . The device has started receiving Android 8 Oreo update via OTA. The update is being rolled out in phases and will take time to reach all devices.

The Android 8 Oreo update for Nokia 8 comes with build number V4.35J. The update size is of 1.51GB. The latest update can be downloaded over Wi-Fi connections only. The company said that some carriers are still reviewing the update and it can take upto 6 days for them to release the update for certain devices.

Autofill passwords
Faster boot up

Along with above changes, Android 8 Oreo update brings many new changes to Nokia 8. The company has also revealed that Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 Android 8 Oreo update is under beta testing and will be released to public soon.
