Oxygen OS 4.1.0 Based on Android Nougat 7.1.1 is Now Rolling Out to OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T

Chinese smartphone vendor, OnePlus has started rolling out the Android 7.1.1 Nougat based on Oxygen OS 4.1.0 for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T. The firm has stated the news on the OnePlus forums. The update comes in size of 353MB and carries several bug fixes and has a new feature as well.

As you can see above, the update has Google’s March security patch fixes and is built on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat code. Aforesaid, OnePlus has added a new feature called as ‘Expanded Screenshots,’ which essentially is the OnePlus’ saying of taking a long screenshot. The same feature has been around with Xiaomi devices for a while now.

Finally, OnePlus is fixing the Wi-Fi related bugs existed in the previous versions of Oxygen OS. And the company also improved the Bluetooth connectivity.

Moreover, after updating your OnePlus 3T or OnePlus 3 to the latest Oxygen OS 4.1.0, you can shoot better moving shots with reduced blur and the company has also improved the video stability while recording, which is an added bonus.
