Panasonic India has announced two new smartphones in the country with the new AI-powered Arbo assistant, namely, the Panasonic Eluga Ray X and Eluga Ray Max. The smaller variant, Eluga Ray X is priced at Rs. 8,999 and comes with only 32GB storage. The bigger one, the Eluga Ray Max comes with a price tag of Rs. 11,499 for the 32GB storage model, whereas the 64GB storage option is priced at Rs. 12,499.

The Panasonic Eluga Ray X comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC along with Adreno 505 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The phone comes with 32GB/64GB internal memory with support for storage expansion up to 128GB via microSD card.
The phone has a 16MP rear camera with LED flash along with an 8MP front-facing camera that also comes with support for LED flash. The phone boots Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and is backed by a 3000mAh battery cell which also has support for QuickCharge 3.0.

The smaller variant Eluga Ray X comes with a 5.5-inch HD display and is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 chipset, clubbed with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
The Eluga Ray X has a 13MP rear camera with support for LED flash and a 5MP front-facing snapper which also has support for LED flash. The phone has a massive 4000mAh battery and comes preloaded with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Both the phones have support for 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port.
