Sony to launch Sony Xperia XR and accessories at IFA on 1st September

IFA will take place in Berlin this year from 1st September 2016. Sony has started sending invites for an launch event at IFA 2016. The company will launch new smartphone and accessories.

As you can see in the invite above, Sony will launch VR, Playstation VR TV, portable speaker, Bluetooth headset, a smartphone, camcorder and other new accessories.

Sony is expected to launch Sony Xperia XR smartphone next month. The smartphone will come with model number F8331. There is not much details about the upcoming smartphone.

Earlier Sony Xperia XR image was leaked. As you can in the image above, the smartphone will come with USB Type-C port for faster charging. It will run on Android 6 Marshmallow.

There are no other details about the Sony Xperia XR. It might come with 5.2 inch Full HD screen. It will be announced next month on 1st September during IFA 2016.
