After launching Xperia C5 Ultra in India, the company is planning to bring Sony Xperia M5 Dual in India. Sony has started teasing the launch of device on its social media channels. It was announced last month and now it will be launched in India today.
Sony Xperia M5 dual features a 5 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS Bravia Engine 2 Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 2.2 GHz Octa Core MediaTek 6795T Helio X10 processor with 3GB RAM. For Graphics it has PowerVR G6200 GPU.
Xperia M5 features a 21.5 Megapixel Exmor RS IMX230 Sensor rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 13 Megapixel front shooter. It comes with 16GB internal storage with an option to expand its storage upto 128GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, USB GLONASS, and GPS/A-GPS. It packs a 2,600 mAh battery which offers 11 hours of talktime and 656 hours of standby time. It is dual sim device with dual standby support.
Sony Xperia M5 Dual runs on latest Android 5 Lollipop. It is waterproof and dust proof with IP65/68 protection.
