Microsoft mobile OS, Windows Phone 8 lacks one of the handy feature, central Notification Center. All rival platform like Android and iOS features a central notification center which will handle all Notifications sorted by individual apps. There are also quick toggles like wifi, Bluetooth, silent on the notification center. But Windows Phone 8 lacked this feature but if a leaked screenshot is to be believed than it is coming in next Windows Phone update WP 8.1. It will be called as Action Center.

The leaked Screenshot is from Microsoft internal presentation in which this feature is explained. The leak comes from @winphollwers, who states that more screenshots are in the pipeline. Action Center which will manage all notification sorted by apps, there will be quick toggles for Wifi, Bluetooth, Airplane, Driving. The Apps can silently add, delete and modify notification in the action center. There is an clear button which will clear all notifications at once. The Action Center can launched by swiping from top to bottom like Android and iOS.

It is expected that this new feature will be released with new update of Windows Phone 8.1, which is slated for release in April 2014.
