Xiaomi Mi Max 2 with 5300mAh battery, SD 625 SoC announced

As revealed by the company, Xiaomi has launched a new phablet in China called Xiaomi Mi Max 2. The smartphone comes with big 5300mAh battery and is powered by SD 625 SoC.

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a 6.44 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS 2.5D Curved Glass Display with a pixel density of 403ppi. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Processor with 4GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 506 GPU.

Mi Max 2 comes with a 12 Megapixel Sony IMX386 Sensor rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 64GB/128GB inbuilt storage options, which can be expanded.

Its connectivity options include 4G, Vo LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG and USB Type-C. It packs a 5,3000 mAh Battery with Fast Charging. It comes with Fingerprint sensor on its back side.

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with MIUI 8. It has hybrid slot which can act as dual sim slot or expandable slot.

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 Price in India is Rs. 1699 Yuan for 64GB model and 1999 Yuan for 128GB storage model. It comes in Golden color. It will go on sale in China from 1st June.
