Coolpad, the Chinese smartphone vendor has launched yet another two budget smartphones in India. Dubbed as the Coolpad Mega 3 and Coolpad Note 3S, these smartphones are successors to the company’s Coolpad Mega 2.5D and much successful Coolpad Note 3.
One of the major highlight of the Coolpad Mega 3 is that it comes with a TRIPLE SIM Card SLOT, which is kind of a unique feature to have around. Diving into the specifications of the Coolpad Mega 3, it comes with a 5.5-inch 720p display and is powered by MediaTek MT6737 chipset, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.

Imaging wise, the Coolpad Mega 3 has a 8MP sensor on both front and rear, thus Coolpad is branding this phone as a selfie expert. It has 3050mAh battery and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based Cool UI 8.0.
Coming to the Coolpad Note 3S, which is an upgrade to the company’s most successful smartphone till date, the Note 3, it comes with a 5.5-inch 720p display and is powered by Snapdragon 415 chipset, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.

The Coolpad Note 3S comes with a 13MP sensor on the rear and a relatively mediocre 5MP front-facing camera is present for the selfies and video calling. The Coolpad Note 3S is armed with a 2500mAh battery and boots Android Marshmallow based Cool UI 8.0 on top of it.
Both the smartphones has support for VoLTE and Coolpad has collaborated with Reliance Jio to offer free Jio 4G SIM card on every purchase of the smartphone. Speaking about the pricing, the Coolpad Mega 3 is priced at Rs. 6,999 and the Coolpad Note 3S is priced at Rs. 9,999 and both phones will be sold via Amazon India exclusively from December 7.
