Russian manufacturer Yota is all set to debut in Indian market. It will sell its smartphone in India through online retailer Flipkart. Flipkart has accidentally reveals that it will sell yota smartphone exclusively in India. Yota phone comes with dual display.
In a newsletter, Flipkart has revealed that Yota Smartphone will be flipkart exclusive and it will go on sale in October. The listing of Yota smartphone also appeared on flipkart.
However the listing has been taken down from Flipkart, but the cached copy shows the listing of Yota C9660 on Flipkart. Flipkart has listed first model of Yota phone which was announced during CES 2013. Yota phone 2 may be launched in coming months.
Yota C9660 features 4.3 inch HD screen with 1024×720 pixel resolution. It runs on 1.7 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor with 2 GB of RAM. Yota phone also features 4.3 inch e-ink display on its back side which shows notifications, events and other details.
Yota C9660 comes with 13 Megapixel rear camera. It features 2 megapixel front camera. It has 32 GB internal memory. It has 1,800 mAh battery. It runs on older Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean.
There is no details about pricing and launch date of Yota phone in India. But it will be launched in India during October.
