Gionee has launched a new smartphone under M series in China called Gionee M2017. The smartphone itself is a powerhouse, it packs a whooping 7000mAh polymer battery with power management.
The smartphone features a QHD screen. Gionee M2017 comes with leather back and metal frame. The smartphone comes with 6GB RAM. It comes with dual camera setup for its rear camera.
Gionee M2017 features a 5.7 inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) AMOLED curved glass Display protected with Sapphire Glass protection. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.95 GHz Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 Processor with 6GB of RAM. For Graphics, it comes with a Adreno 510 GPU.
Gionee M2017 comes with dual camera setup which is of 12 Megapixel and 13 Megapixel rear cameras with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 128GB/256GB on-board options, which cannot be expanded.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, WLAN, USB OTG, and USB Type-C. It packs a 7,000 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 which offers 914 hours of standby time. It has fingerprint scanner under home button which can be unlocked in 0.1 seconds.
Gionee M2017 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with a layer of Amigo 3.2 UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.

Gionee M2017 price in China is 6,999 Yuan (approx. Rs. 68,300) for normal variant. It comes in Black and Gold color options. The company has also launched a special Italian custom alligator leather back variant which costs 16,999 Yuan (approx. Rs. 1,65,900). It is up for pre-order in China.
