Gionee has launched a new mini variant of M5 called Gionee Marathon M5 Mini. The smartphone is announced in Nigeria. It packs a 4,000mAh battery which offers 2 weeks of standby time.
Gionee Marathon M5 Mini features a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS LCD Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad core MediaTek MT6580 Processor with 2GB RAM. For Graphics, it comes with a Mali T-720 GPU.
Gionee M5 Mini comes with a 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 8GB of on-board which can be expanded upto 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, WLAN, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 4,000 mAh battery which offers 32.7 hours of talktime and 450 hours of standby time.
Gionee Marathon M5 Mini runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a layer of Amigo 3 UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
