Gionee has launched a new budget smartphone in called Gionee Pioneer P5W. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 6,499. It was announced in December last year and it is now launched in India officially.
Gionee Pioneer P5W features a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS On-Cell Display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad core MediaTek MT6735 Processor with 1GB RAM. For Graphics, it comes with a Mali T-720 GPU.
Gionee P5W comes with a 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 2 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB of on-board which can be expanded upto 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, WLAN, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It doesn’t come with 4G LTE connectivity. It packs a 2,000 mAh battery.
Gionee P5w runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a layer of Amigo 3 UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.

Gionee Pioneer P5w price in India is Rs. 6,499. It comes in White, Blue, Red, Yellow, Black colors.
