HTC has launched a new flagship smartphone called HTC U Ultra. The smartphone comes with a secondary display and it is powered by Snapdragon 821 SoC. It will go on sale from March 2017.
The smartphone doesn’t come with 3.5mm Audio jack. HTC U Ultra supports 3D Audio recording and has 4 microphones. It comes with USB Type-C based headphones.
HTC U Ultra sports a 5.7 inch Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) Super LCD 5 Display which is protected with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It comes with a secondary 2 inch (160 x 1040 pixels) display. It is powered by a 64 bit 2.15GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Processor with 4GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 530 GPU.
HTC U Ultra comes with a 12 Megapixel rear camera with dual tone LED flash and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). For selfies, it comes with a 16 Megapixel Front camera with Ultrapixel mode It comes in 64GB/128GB in-built storage options, which can be further expanded upto 2 TB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and USB Type-C. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery which comes with Quick Charge 3.0. It comes with 3D Audio recording.
HTC U Ultra runs on Android 7 Nougat with HTC Sense UI. There is a fingerprint sensor under its home button.

HTC U Ultra is priced at $750. It comes in Sapphire Blue, Comestic Pink, Brilliant Black and Ice White colors. It is up for pre-order and it will ship from March 2017 in select countries.
