Infocus has launched the 4G LTE variant of its budget smartphone, InFocus M2. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 5,499 on Amazon. InFocus M2 4G comes with Snapdragon processor compared to MediaTek SoC in the 3G only variant.
InFocus M2 4G is Rs. 500 costly than the normal 3G variant. It will be sold via flash sale model. The first flash sale will take place on 24 July on Amazon.
InFocus M2 4G sports a 4.2 inch WXGA(1280×768 pixels) LTPS Display with a pixel density 355PPi. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor with 1GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 305 GPU.
It features a 8 megapixel f/2.2 aperture rear camera with LED flash. On the front side also, it features a 8 megapixel f/2.2 aperture Selfie camera with LED flash. It comes with 8 GB on-board storage which can be expanded upto 64GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, WLAN, GPS/AGPS, Micro USB, and Bluetooth. It packs a 2,010 mAh Battery which gives 8 hours of talktime and 280 hours of standby time on 3G network
Infocus M2 4G runs on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat with a layer of InLife UI. It is a dual sim (4G+GSM) smartphone with dual standby.
