Lava has launched Lava Iris Selfie 50, a new selfie centered smartphone in Iris series in India. It comes with 5 megapixel front camera with flash. It is second selfie smartphone from Lava, earlier lava had launched Lava Iris X5 with 5 MP selfie camera.

Lava Iris Selfie 50 features a 5 inch HD IPS Display with 1280×720pixel resolution. It runs on 1.2 GHz Quad core processor with 1 GB RAM. For graphics it has Videocore IV GPU.
Lava Iris Selfie 50 comes with 8 megapixel BSI 2 Sensor rear camera with Dual LED Flash. For taking selfies, it sports 5 megapixel front camera with LED flash. It has 8 GB internal memory which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Lava Iris Selfie 50 connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It has 2,400 mAh battery which gives 10 hours of talktime on 3G network. It is a dual sim (GSM+GSM) device with dual standby support.
Lava Iris Selfie 50 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box.
