Lava has launched a new smartphone in India, Lava V2s. The smartphone is launched in India at Rs. 7899. It has 2GB of RAM and 8 Megapixel front camera.
Lava V2s sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Mali T720 GPU.
Lava V2s comes with a 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel front camera with LED flash. It comes with 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,500 mAh Battery which offers 14.5 hours of talktime and 261 hours of standby time on 3G Network.
Lava V2s runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Star OS 2.0 UI, it will be upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
