Lenovo has launched a new mid range tablet in India, Lenovo A7-50. It is launched at a price of Rs. 15,499. The tablet comes with voice calling feature. It has single sim slot.
Lenovo A7-50 features a 7 inch HD IPS Display with 1280×800 pixel resolution. It runs on 1.3Ghz quad core MediaTek MT6582 with 1 GB RAM. For graphics it has Mali 400 GPU.
It has 16 GB internal memory which can be expanded upto 32 GB using MicroSD Card. Lenovo A7-50 comes with 5 megapixel rear camera. It also has 2 megapixel front camera.
Lenovo A7-50 has connectivity options like 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro-USB. It has 3,450 mAh battery which gives 8 hours of usage time.
Lenovo A7-50 runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, but Lenovo claims that it will be updated to Android 4.4 Kitkat. It comes with many pre-loaded apps like SHAREit, SECUREit and SYNCit apps.

Lenovo A7-50 comes in black color and has MRP Rs. 15,999. It is available on Flipkart at a lower price of Rs. 14,699, that’s around Rs 900 less than launch price. At this price point, It will compete with Google Nexus 7.
