Meizu A5 with 4G VoLTE, 3,060mAh battery announced in China

Meizu has launched a new budget smartphone in China called Meizu A5. The smartphone comes with 4G VoLTE and comes with 3,060mAh battery. It is available in China for 699 Yuan.

Meizu A5 features a 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.3GHz Quad Core MediaTek MT6737 processor with 2GB RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali T-720GPU.

Meizu A% features a 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF). For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB Internal storage, which can be further expanded upto 128GB.

Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, USB GLONASS, and GPS/A-GPS. It packs a 3,060mAh battery. It is dual sim (hybrid slot) device with dual standby support.

Meizu A5 runs on Android 6 Marshmallow with a layer of Flyme OS.
