Micromax has launched a Micromax Canvas 4 Plus A315, successor to Canvas 4. It is launched in India for Rs. 17,499. It is now available on online retailer InfiBeam. It runs on octa core processor.
Canvas 4 Plus A315 specifications are similar to Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 which was launched earlier this month for Rs. 12,990. But Canvas 4 Plus is priced Rs. 4,500 higher than Nitro A310.
It comes with new Quick look feature which shows feeds from social media accounts, weather updates on a single screen. The phone shows missed call, message and mail notifications on the lock Screen in a strip that matches the color of the type of notification. These features were first introduced with Canvas Knight Cameo A290.
Micromax Canvas 4 Plus A315 features a 5 inch HD AMOLED Display with 1280×720 pixel resolution. It runs on 1.7 GHz TRU Octa core MediaTek MT6592M Processor with 1 GB RAM. For graphics it has Mali 450 GPU.
Micromax Canvas 4 Plus A315 comes with 13 megapixel Sony IMX135 CMOS Sensor rear camera with AutoFocus and LED Flash. It also has 5 megapixel front camera. It has 16 GB internal memory which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Micromax Canvas 4 Plus A315 has connectivity options like 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It has 2,000 mAh battery. It is a dual sim (GSM+WCDMA) device with dual standby support.
Micromax Canvas 4 Plus A315 runs on latest Android 4.4.2 Kitkat out of the box. It comes pre-loaded apps like M! Games, M! Skin, M! Insurance, M! Security, M! Live, MAd and Opera Mini, Games (Zombie smasher, Bounce ball, bubble X Slice), Kingsoft, BMS, clean master, Games club, Getit, Hike, Swift key and True Caller.
