Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4502 with 8GB internal storage listed on official Micromax website

Micromax has quietly launched an upgraded version of its Micromax Canvas A1 Android One smartphone. The improved variant comes with model no Canvas A1 AQ4502.

It comes with 8GB internal storage which is double compared to Canvas A1 AQ4501 which was launched year for Rs. 6,499. It also runs on latest Android 5.1 Lollipop. The device is listed on Micromax website without price tag, however it is available on eBay for Rs. 6,039.

Micromax Canvas A1 AQ4502 features a 4.5 inch FWVGA (854×480 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core Processor with 1GB RAM. It comes with 8 GB of on-board which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.

Canvas A1 comes with a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 2 Megapixel front camera. It comes with Dual SIM card slots with dual standby support.

Its Connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, WLAN, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 1,700 mAh battery which gives 10 hrs of talktime and 160 hrs of standby time.
