Microsoft has launched Microsoft Lumia 540 dual sim in India. The budget smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 10,199. It is available to purchase across India.
Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual Sim sports a 5 inch HD(1280×720 pixels) IPS LCD Display with a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Processor with 1 GB of RAM.
Lumia 540 comes with a 8 megapixel rear camera without flash. It also comes with a 5 Megapixel wide angle front camera. It comes with 8 GB on-board storage which can be further expanded upto 128 GB using MicroSD Card. Microsoft is also giving 30 GB of free OneDrive cloud storage.
Its connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/EDGE, NFC, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,200 mAh battery which provides 14.8 hours of talktime and 24 days of standby time on 3G network.
Microsoft Lumia 540 runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim. It will be upgraded to Windows 10 for mobiles. As the name suggests, it is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
