We have already seen several reports on the Lenovo- owned Motorola’s new mid-range smartphone- Moto M. The smartphone has been through various leaks in recent times and a couple of benchmark leaks also confirmed the complete specifications of the smartphone.
However, alongside the Moto M series of smartphones, Lenovo might also launch a new smartphone, which is the successor to the last year’s Lenovo P1. Dubbed as the Lenovo P2, the smartphone was first spotted on a pamphlet at the IFA 2016. But, there wasn’t much information about the phone since then.
Speaking about the specifications of the yet-to-be-announced Moto M, it will be the first Motorola smartphone to boast of a metal body design and rear faced fingerprint sensor. The smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch 1080p display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.
Powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 chipset, it might come with 4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage. There might be 16MP camera along with an LED flash and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfie lovers. The smartphone might pack a 3000mAh battery and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.
Complete specifications of the Lenovo Vibe P2 has already revealed at the IFA 2016. Touted as the successor to the Vibe P1, the Vibe P2 will also comes with the same USP of big battery. The Vibe P2 will feature a massive 5100mAh battery. Same as the predecessor, the Vibe P2 can also be used to charge other smartphones, which is a good feature to have around.
Same as the Moto M, the Vibe P2 also comes with the 5.5-inch display which is a Full HD panel. Under-the-hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset with all the eight cores clocked at 2Ghz. The last year’s Vibe P1 arrived in only one variant, however, the Vibe P2 is expected to come in two variants- one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and the other one with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
According to techdroider, Lenovo is gearing up to unveil both the smartphones on November 8 in China and the same was later confirmed by the company by sending a press release for the event.
