Last week Motorola started teasing the launch of Moto X Play XT1506 in India. Now its launch date in India is revealed. The smartphone will be released in India on 14th September.
Moto X Play will be exclusively sold in India via Flipkart. The company has also started importing the device in India. It will go on sale in India soon after its launch. It will be priced around Rs. 22,000 in India.
Motorola Moto X Play XT1562 features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) AMOLED screen with a pixel density of 423ppi, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.7GHz Octa core snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB RAM. For Graphics it has Adreno 405 GPU.
The X Play XT1506 features a 21 Megapixel f/2.0 rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 16 GB and 32 GB internal storage options which can be expanded upto 128GB via MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, NFC, USB GLONASS, and GPS/A-GPS. It packs a 3,630 mAh battery which offers mixed usage of 48 hours.
Motorola Moto X Play runs on latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
