Nokia 5.1 Plus with 3GB RAM, 19:9 display announced in India

Nokia has launched a new smartphone in India called Nokia 5.1 Plus, the device was announced as Nokia X5 in China last month and now launched in India. It will go on sale from September and its price will be revealed later.

Nokia 5.1 Plus features a 5.86 inch HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) 2.5D 19:9 display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio P60 Processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU.

Nokia 5.1 Plus has dual camera setup, it comes with a 13 Megapixel primary and 5 Megapixel secondary rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 32GB on-board storage  which can be further expanded up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.

Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth and USB Type-C. It packs a 3,060 mAh battery. It has fingerprint sensor on its back side.

Nokia 5.1 Plus runs on Android 8 Oreo and will be upgraded to Android 9 P. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.

Nokia 5.1 Plus Price in India will be around Rs. 11,000. It comes in Blue, White and Blue colors. It will be available in India from September.
