HMD Global conducted the first flash sale of Nokia 6 in India today two months after announcing the device in the country. The device was made available in the first flash sale on online retailer Amazon for which registrations had already crossed 1 Million mark.
In the first flash sale, Nokia 6 went out of stock in few minutes only. Initially the device was sold out in few seconds only but some people who joined the waitlist had managed to grab the device in few minutes. The sale was over in just few minutes. The company has not revealed no of units were made available for the sale.
Amazon will conduct the second flash sale for Nokia 6 in India on 30 August. The registrations for the second flash has been started on the online retailer. Customers will also get Rs. 1000 as Amazon Pay if paid using the company’s own wallet service.
Nokia 6 features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D Curved Glass screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Adreno 505 GPU.
Nokia 6 comes with a 16 Megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 32GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Nokia 6 Price in India is Rs. 14,999. It comes in Matte Black, Silver, Tempered Blue and Copper colors. It will go on sale again on 30 August Amazon.
