Nokia 8, the upcoming rumored flagship smartphone from HMD Global is in the news again. However, this time, it’s something that we can actually believe. Yes, the Nokia 8 smartphone is up for pre-order in China exclusively via JD.com. However, the images used in the listing is the ones which were outed last week in a concept.

HMD Global, the parent company of Nokia, will be officially launching the phone at the MWC 2017, which is now just a week away. With that said, the Nokia 8 will be launched along wth some other entry-level and mid-range Nokia phones as in Nokia 6 and Nokia 3. And the old-age Nokia 3310 is also set to make a comeback at the same time, and recently, IndianExpress reported that Nokia will bring the Nokia 3310 to the Indian market in May 2017, which will be followed by other Nokia phones as well.

Having said that, the Nokia 8 will be touted as a flagship phone from HMD Global and is said to feature a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, coupled with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and 4GB of RAM. The Nokia 8 will boast of a 24MP rear camera along with support for OIS and dual-tone LED flash. Up front, there will be a 12MP front-facing camera to cover up the selfies and video calls.

Also, the Nokia 8 will boot Android Nougat out-of-the-box, same as the Nokia 6. Nevertheless, the Nokia 8 will be showcased at the mega tech show, but it will onto sale from May due to the limited stocks of Snapdragon 835 SoC. Alongside the Nokia 8, another flagship phone with Snapdragon 821 will also be announced and it might be called as Nokia P1.

The Chinese website, JD.com quotes that the price of Nokia 8 will be of 3188 Yuan (approx. Rs. 31,000), but this might not be the final price as HMD Global will launch all the Nokia devices with a steep price. That said, we have to wait a little week more for the official announcement of all the Nokia devices.
