Reliance Jio free welcome offer was about to expire in December end. As the date nears, the company has announced yet another program with the extension to existing subscribers.
Reliance Jio will continue to offer its services free for another three months. Subscribers will be able to enjoy the service free till 31 March 2017. Users won’t have to pay for three more months.
The company has announced ‘Reliance Jio Happy New Year offer’. Under the offer, the subscribers will get Unlimited Voice calls, Data, SMS, Video calls and Jio services.
However there is catch with Unlimited data. You can use the high speed 4G data upto 1GB only. Post the consumption of 1GB daily, your data speed will be reduced to 128kbps.
Currently Reliance Jio has put the FUP limit of 4GB/day during the welcome offer. Now from 1st January 2017, you will be able to get 4G speed upto 1GB only. The company says that the limit has been imposed so that everyone gets fair usage of network till 31st March 2017.
Reliance Jio has also revealed that it has crossed 50 Million subscribers mark. People who haven’t subscribed can join the happy new offer. All existing customers will be migrated to new plan from 1st January 2017.
