Reliance has finally launched its 4G Telecom services in India Under Reliance Jio name. The company is planning to revolutionize the data and voice calls in India. The company has unveiled Tariff plans.
The network was under testing since December last year for employees. Later in May Reliance Jio services were made available to public via Unlimited Preview offer.
Today Reliance Industries MD, Mr. Mukesh Ambani has finally launched the Reliance Jio in India. The services will be available for free till 31st December 2016.
From 5th September 2016, anyone can get the Reliance Jio Sim for free with Unlimited data, voice calls, Video calls and SMS. All subscribers will also get all Jio apps subscription for free till 31st December 2017.
As per Mukesh Ambani, Jio suite of apps are worth Rs. 15,000/year and it will be given to all subscribers till 2017. The apps includes Jio TV, Cinema, Storage, Music, Security, Jio Mags, ans more.
In today’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), the company has also revealed Reliance Jio Tariff plans. The company will offer unlimited free call to all users. The free calls will be available in Roaming as well. Data charges are 50/GB.
Reliance Jio Tariff Plans:
Reliance Jio will provide unlimited free calls to all subscribers. The data will be charged at Rs. 50/GB. The company has also unveiled multiple plans which comes with different types of data benefits.
As you can see in the image above, Reliance Jio has unveiled tariff plans starting with Rs. 149 plan. From Rs. 499 plan onwards, you will get unlimited 4G data. The tariff plans of Reliance Jio are Rs. 149, Rs. 499, Rs. 999, Rs. 1499, Rs. 2499, Rs. 3999, Rs. 4999.
The highest Reliance Jio 4G plan is of Rs. 4999. In this plan you will get 75GB 4G data and 150GB WiFi data. The validity of all plans is 28 days. All plans will get Jio Apps Subscriptions.
All 4G mobile phone users can get Reliance Jio connection from 5th September. It will be available commercially from 1st January 2017.
