Reliance Retail has launched a new budget smartphone under its LYF Smartphone+ brand in India called Reliance LYF Water 4. It is launched in India for Rs. 7,599.
Reliance LYF Water 4 sports a 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS Display protected with Asahi Dragontrail Glass. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.2GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Adreno 306 GPU.
LYF Water 4 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB in-built storage which cannot be expanded.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,920 mAh Battery which offers 15 hours of talktime on 4G network and 290 hours of standby time.
Reliance LYF Water 4 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
