Reliance Retail has launched a new smartphone under its LYF Smartphone+ brand called LYF Water 8. The smartphone is launched in India for Rs. 10,999. It is available via online and offline stores in India.
Reliance LYF Water 8 sports a 5 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) AMOLED Display protected. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.5GHz Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Processor with 3GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Adreno 405 GPU.
LYF Water 8 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 128GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,600 mAh Battery which offers 10 hours of talktime on 4G network and 320 hours of standby time.
Reliance LYF Water 8 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
