Samsung has launched its latest flagship smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S8 in India. The smartphone has been launched with a price tag of Rs. 57,900. It will go on sale in India from 5 May via online and offline channels. It is up for pre-peer.
Samsung Galaxy S8 flaunts a 5.8 inch Quad HD+ (1440 x 2960 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display at 570ppi. Its screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Exynos 9 8895 Processor with 4GB of RAM. For graphics it comes with a Mali-G71 MP20 GPU.
Galaxy S8 comes with a 12 Megapixel camera with Dual LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 64GB internal storage, which can be expanded upto 200GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000mAh battery which comes with fast charging support and wireless charging support. It comes with fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Samsung Galaxy S8 runs on latest Android 7 Nougat with a layer of TouchWiz UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. It is water and dust resistant with IP68 certification.
