Google has expanded its Android One program to Japan, the company in association with Sharp has launched a new smartphone called Sharp Aquos 507SH. It is a waterproof smartphone.
The new Sharp Aquos 507SH comes with IPX5 and IPX8 certification which makes it waterproof and dustproof phone. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 617, 720p screen has 2GB RAM.
Sharp Aquos 507SH sports a 5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IGZO Display. It is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 Processor with 2GB of RAM. For Graphics it comes with a Adreno 405 GPU.
Sharp Aquos 507SH with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16GB on-board storage which can be expanded up to 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,010 mAh battery which offers three days of battery life.
Sharp Aquos 507SH on Android 6 Marshmallow. As per Android One program, it will get one major update and 18 months of patch updates. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
