Indian smartphone maker Smartron has launched a new budget smartphone in India called Smartron tphone P. The device has been launched with a price tag of Rs. 7,999. It comes with HD screen and has 3GB RAM. It will go on sale in the country via Flipkart from 17 January.
Smartron t.phone P features a 5.2 inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) 2.5D Curved Glass Display. It is powered by a 1.4GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Processor with 3GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 505 GPU.
Tphone P comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera with LED flash. It comes with 32GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 128GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG and USB Type-C. It packs a 5,000 mAh Battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0. It comes with Fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Smartron tphone P runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
