Sony Xperia XA2 with 3GB RAM, Full HD screen, 23MP rear camera announced

Sony has launched a new smartphone under its XA series at ongoing CES event called Sony Xperia XA2. The smartphone has been announced without the pricing information. The device comes with 3GB RAM, sports a Full HD screen and has 23MP rear camera. It runs on Android 8 Oreo out of the box.

Sony Xperia XA2Sony Xperia XA2 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 X 1080 pixels) display with Image Enhance Technology and protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 64 bit 2.2GHz Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 Processor with 3GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Adreno 508 GPU.

Xperia XA2 comes with a 23 Megapixel Sony Exmos RS sensor rear camera with Dual LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 8 Megapixel Exmor R sensor front camera with flash. It comes with 32GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 256GB using MicroSD card.

Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and USB Type-C. It packs a 3,300 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The device comes with fingerprint sensor on its back side.

Sony Xperia XA2 runs on Android 8 Oreo. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
