Chinese smartphone vendor, Vivo has launched the special edition of its popular Vivo V5 Plus. The special edition embraces the 10th edition of the Indian Premier League. For the uninitiated, Vivo is the official title sponsor of the cash-rich IPL. Also, the limited edition V5 Plus comes with an IPL 10 logo at the rear side of the phone.
Vivo has customized the app icons in the OS in-line with the cricket game. Apart from these two changes, there isn’t a single difference as the phone still has the same design and carries same specifications.
The Vivo V5 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch IPS Full HD display along with 1920 x 1080 pixels and 401 PPI. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC with 2.0GHz octa-core CPU and Adreno 506 GPU. There is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with support for storage expansion up to 128GB via microSD card.
