Wickedleak has announced that it will push the Android 5.1 Lollipop for Wickedleak Wammy Neo 3 in India. The devices will the Lollipop upgrade starting 1st September. It was announced earlier this month for Rs. 14,990.
The update brings Material Design, Performance improvements and 64 bit compatibility. The update will be released via OTA (Over The Air) update and will be released manually.
Wickedleak Wammy Neo 3 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 X 1080 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.7 GHz Octa core MediaTek MT6752m Processor with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali-T760 GPU.
Wammy Neo 3 comes with a 14 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For Selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It supports both FDD-LTE and TDD-LTE bands. It packs a 3,000 mAh Battery.
