Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has launched a new Gaming smartphone, Xiaomi Black Shark in China. The device comes with powerful Snapdragon 845 SoC with 6GB/8GB RAM options. Black Shark comes with a support of detachable gamepad which needs to be purchased separately for 179 Yuan while the device itself costs 2999 Yuan.
Xiaomi Black Shark features a 5.99 inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) 18:9 display. It is powered by a 2.8GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Processor Processor with 6GB/8GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 630 GPU.
Xiaomi Black Shark has dual camera setup on its back side, it sports a 12 Megapixel primary and 20 Megapixel secondary rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 20 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 64GB/256GB inbuilt storage options, which cannot be expanded.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct WLAN, Bluetooth, USB Type-C and USB Type-C. It packs a 4,000 mAh Battery with Fast Charging. It comes with Fingerprint sensor under its home button.
Xiaomi Black Shark runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.

Xiaomi Black Shark Price in China is 2999 Yuan for 6GB RAM with 64GB Storage model while the top end 8GB RAM/256GB storage is priced at 3999 Yuan. It comes in Polar Night Black and Sky Gray colors. It will go on sale in China from 20 April.
